Introducing Chef Sanghwa Lee.

The strange chef is the owner-chef of ‘pas a pas’, a representative dessert cafe in Songridan-gil, Jamsil, with a sophisticated interior and gorgeous desserts that are taking social media photos.

They demand a confectionery product from Le Cordon Bleu famous academy, and they train at the Paris ecole Bellouet Conseil to improve skills.

In addition to domestic and overseas business trip consulting, overseas business trip lectures, and ledger management, I have been running Pas a pas Baking Studio and conducting master classes for prospective cafe or workshop entrepreneurs.
