Refund information

Due to the nature of online courses, refunds are not possible once you take the course.
However, if you do not watch the lecture video or download the attached recipe from the day the product payment is completed, a full refund is possible within 7 days.
Even if you do not watch the lecture video or download the attached recipe, refunds are absolutely not possible if it exceeds 7 days from the payment completion date.
(Refunds are not possible for lecture videos if you have watched even one second of them.)
