Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail addresses, etc.)

No one may collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses on an Internet homepage without the prior consent of the Internet homepage operator or administrator.
No one may sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of paragraph 1.
Anyone who knows that an e-mail address is prohibited from being collected, sold or distributed pursuant to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.

Article 74 (Penalty Provisions) Any person who falls under any of the following items shall be subject to a fine not exceeding 10 million won.

A person who displays, sells, or displays for the purpose of sale in violation of the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph 4.
A person who distributes, sells, rents or publicly displays obscene signs, words, sounds, images or images, in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7 (1) 1.
A person who repeatedly causes signs, words, sounds, images or images that cause fear or anxiety to reach the other party, in violation of the provisions of Article 44-7 (1) 3.
A person who has taken technical measures in violation of the provisions of Article 50, Paragraph 6
A person who transmits advertising information in violation of the provisions of Article 50-8. A person who uses an e-mail address to collect, sell, distribute or transmit information in violation of the provisions of Article 50-2.
A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
A person who fails to register changes to registered information or report transfer/acquisition or merger/inheritance of business, in violation of Article 53 (4).
