Caramel mille-feuille is a cake with ganache made of Zephyr caramel chocolate. The ganache is squeezed into a droplet shape and put on the cake from the inside out to create the shape.It is important to set the consistency of the ganache correctly. Through this class, you can learn how to make puff pastry in a Rapido method, so you can make it more quickly when you are working on it. You will also learn marble method for the chocolate decoration.
